"This was a nice hotel to stay in. Especially the friendly staff who displayed a welcoming smile everytime I passed them. The hotel is located in an area full of little eateries of the many flavours of Japan. The road was a little noisy at times but it was a wonderful experience. "This was my first time staying at this hotel and my first time in Osaka. It was the first of two hotels on my Osaka trip, and it ended up being my favorite out of the seven or so hotels I stayed in during my two-week Japan visit. I stayed for three nights and paid for access to the lounge on the 17th floor, which was a great place to unwind after long days of exploring the city. I was also able to pay to bring a guest into the lounge, which was perfect since my dad was staying at a cheaper hotel...

"Absolutely love this hotel! From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’re in a ryokan and the staff are so friendly. Despite the hotel being japanese-style, the rooms were clean and we had enough space for the two of us and our luggages. The complimentary yaki soba noodles from 9-11pm every night was amazing after a long day out, along with the variety of free ice creams.
