The hotel is a short 10 minute walk from Shin-Osaka station so it's very convenient and easy to get to if you have luggage to drop off. It is in a business area so it is a nice area, but could be busy around the mornings and evenings with commuters. The hotel itself was nice and clean overall, and the staff was very friendly throughout our stay.
