"The Hotel is near a train station, and not too far to walk to Shin-Osaka station. The room is small. The major complain I had for this hotel is that we booked our hotel for 10 nights with breakfast at Hotels.com, but when we are going to check-in they only gave us 1 day free breakfast since they're policy is 1 day free on each stay (regardless how long it will be). So for the whole 10 days of stay we were able to get 1 free breakfast.If you want to take there breakfast you have to pay."

"Ours was a late booking for 4 days during a 13-day trip to visit family in Osaka. The non-smoking suite with bedroom and 'living room' with kitchen facilities was a little dated but everything was clean and worked and we enjoyed it.
