"Very clean and spacious room"

"Room was entered into by staff while we had the do not disturb sign on the door, this was discussed with one of the front desk women who said they would be giving me points as an apology, which never came through. It wasnt until the next day when I went to take my medication that I realized it was missing. The room also had a cigarette smell to it and a vibratore under the bed. For staff that doesnt clean very thoroughly, they seem to like going into rooms and taking stuff."

"AC was great. I could adjust it so I wasn't too hot or cold. Shuttle service to the airport was good. Had an early flight so I missed out on breakfast "

"Check in was quick and easy, the room was clean, and the breakfast was constantly being refilled and the entire area (buffet and seating) was kept clean. I would highly recommend the Hyatt House!"

"Hair on bed, hair in tub, A/C is loud. Toilet overflowed. Staff is nice. "

"We only stayed one evening but didn’t have a great impression. The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Our room felt dated and carpet didn’t look clean. Also it was windy and the window was making a very loud unbearable shaking sound which would make sleeping impossible. After bringing it to the hotel staff’s attention they said there is nothing they can do and no maintenance staff were at property. If you want to get some sleep don’t stay here. Will be our first and last. "

"Shower needs a larger door. Water all Over the floor. Laundry facilities needs to be vented as too humid and no air. Feels like 120 degrees"

"First room smelled and had a broken deadbolt. Changed rooms and it was better but, for the price, I have stayed in much nicer hotels. Decent enough, better than a motel but not impressive. "

"The only thing missing is access to beverages later in the evening. A lot of places have small markets these days, but overall, it's a lovely stay."
