"I called months before the reservation and asked if there was a shuttle on property to take us to the airport when we left. They assured me that there was. Then when we were there and went to schedule that shuttle to take us to the airport, they told me that they don’t have one. So we were lied to."

"Amenities 10/10. There options are endless: food, shopping, arcade, movies, waterpark, etc. Howeverr, my room was atrocious ☹️ images online are deceiving. Housekeeping was scheduled, never came over the course of a three night stay! Then our room had a broken shower, dingy and uncomfortable. I went to front desk multiple times about these issues. As a 2bedroom King Suite, I was highly disappointed! There’s more but I digress."

"The staff were great upon checking on and out. The bathroom had German roaches and the shower had a little mildew inside of it. This hotel needs up grades IMMEDIATELY! Its 2026 and the rooms are out dated. Looks like 2006. I will not be returning to this hotel."
