"I’ve been staying here whenever I am back in Oahu since 2010( back then it was Aston) I always like the locations less crowded than most of the hotels in Waikiki and the beach is just across the street and I can see the sunset and the Friday night fireworks in the lanai.( ocean front room)"

"Ac was good. The breakfast needs improvement. Eggs were consistently cold and the variety of foods were not very good. "

"Good price point and free breakfast. The hotel.was renovated around 2014 and its starting to show some wear and tear. The tub was chipped and stained and the bathroom fan didn't work. In some rooms the deck was being fixed so it was off limits. The staff is great and accommodating and we like the location close to the zoo and diamond head. I find the waikiki hotels are old in general so try and find one more recently renovated is the trick."
