Hale'iwa Beach Park

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are older but well maintained and all the amenities such as the fridge, toaster oven, balcony, wine tasting, beach chairs, and more make it a great deal. This is our fifth trip here and we come back based on price, location, and combined features.

Rooms are ok in cleaning, not the best not the worst, one day we found a big ball chunk of hair under the vanity desk next to small trash can, most likely left from cleaning crew vacuum; Balcony sofa and vanity chair could need a new deep cleaning, I know, some tourist are nasty. The hotel is the best location, right in the heart of the Waikiki Vibe, next to shops and restaurants, you don't need to rent a car to enjoy it, five days is never enough..The beach is prime location, soft sand with good waves for any taste. No complaints about the staff, always nice. I only had one issue with billing but will see soon if it's something that need to escalated or just misunderstanding. And definitely absolutely positively, we are going back and trying to book a better upgrade room, we stay in floor 19th, with view to beach, awesome Postal-Views. The hotel is in high demand, staff is always busy but cordial, people everywhere. Love the night illuminated palms..so much good memories. And as a personal note..that Butt-washer machine in toilet was awesome, great to remove the extra sand hidden in unknown places of your body, if you know what I mean. Mahalo.

Excellent overall but the Sofa Bed not comfortable. Excellent Location , Beautiful view.
