"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."

"The room was amazing. Absolutely beautiful and spotless. The staff were extremely friendly. We were only there one night, but the food in the restaurant was excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. This was our second time staying here (its very handy to the airport if you have an early morning flight), and we would definitely stay again!"

"Location of this Service Apartment / Hotel is excellent, 100 m far from the train station “Green Square” with direct access to Sydney city centre. Good size of the studio, quiet, cleanliness ok. Very helpful staff, particularly Vera who helped us to book a 2nd stay and explained clearly all available services. We’ll book the accommodation again when back to Sydney 👍"
