"The Staff was super nice & helpful. I loved the area where it was located lots of stores, mall & stuff do around the area. I didn't like how I was told their wasn't enough staff so room service would only come every other day, I was their Mon-Thurs & the only day house keeping came was when I was leaving. I also mainly went their for the hot tub & pool but when I got their my first day & a half the hot tub wasn't working. Their was never enough towels to be able to goto pool & shower after...

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Really made me feel well taken care of. It is an older building but has lots of updates. The airport shuttle was great it seems to circulate every 20 minutes."

"The hotel rooms and hallways are a little dated and need maintenance, but it was fine for a few nights. The employees were very friendly. The breakfast is the standard waffles, eggs, pastries, fruit, etc you normally see. It was good. Close to airport and the shuttle from airport was good."

"Lovely inn just on outskirts of Rockport although it’s not too far a walk into town. Probably needs just a little update on decor however the inn is tidy and clean and staff helpful."
