Staff was helpful and friendly. Food and drinks at the bar exceeded my expectations. Staff was able to accommodate changes and made it an easy experience. I’m glad we stayed here and will be doing so again in the near future.

GREAT HOTEL!!! Highly recommend!!! It has everything!! Rooms spacious and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant inside the hotel and food was great! Gym was better than any hotel gym you’ll ever find. So many amenities we didn’t take advantage of. You can’t go wrong booking here!

Great stay! Even if it’s for one night I noticed the hotel was very clean staff was very helpful. They upgraded our room with no extra charge because they didn’t have the room I picked available. Loved the upgrade! And!! We got cookies as a welcome! Will be staying again if we are in town.

Everything was nice about the hotel. Only complaint would be the waterpark and arcade are only open weekends so my kids were super disappointed. Food at the bar was as expected for a hotel. Cleaning service went above and beyond everyday to do something special with my daughters toys and blanket

The staff were friendly and helpful at check in. That was our only interaction with them. The facility was clean but well worn and in serious need of some updating. I was disappointed in the amount of towels and facecloths available in our room but overall the room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not use any amenities.

The rooms were very clean but it had a slightly odd smell. The staff were so sweet and we were offered an umbrella when the weather got dreary. It was a little confusing to find the pool. It was a lovely stay.

This is a heat spot if you want to stay near Salem on a budget. The only thing is check in is at 4 not 3 and once you check in you also have to pay 11 dollars for parking which for a hotel is kind of ridiculous. The staff was super friendly and helpful so for them I would give 5 star. It also was sad the water park wasn’t working or arcade’s.
