"We stayed here for one night and we loved it. It’s at a great location. Close to Newburyport center where all the stores and restaurants are. We arrived late so we did not get a chance to experience the restaurant they have at the facility. The room was beautiful and very clean. Everything was provided. Loved the coastal decor vibe. Easy to check in with a code after 5pm. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much."

"I was upgraded upon arrival during a rainstorm traveling alone with my 5 year old. The lady was so kind. The room was perfect for traveling with/without kids. "Our room smelled like piss/sperm and weed on the bedsheets, so my wife and I told the front desk and he gave us room 10 which was close to the front desk which had 2 queen beds and it was much cleaner and smelled a lot better than previous rooms. I think they take care of certain rooms a little better than other rooms."

"This is a cute vintage property that has been nicely refreshed and has a wonderful complementary breakfast that includes fresh fruit, granola, homemade coffee cake. It is well off the road and quiet. Lots of trees. The room price was very reasonable! Don’t expect frills, but the basics are done well. The room had a microwave and a nice size fridge."
