"Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s.
Butler is a nice concept but slow responses
$10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"

"The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, our room was beautiful - a welcome oasis after the hustle and bustle of Boston, and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't get to sample breakfast as we had to leave early, but the complimentary cookies were delicious. We hope to return!"

"Terrible experience. Family of five with three youngsters. Despite being loyal to the MO brand for years, this Boston property is by far one of the worst we have stayed at.
To start, there were blood stains on the room carpet. Two rooms on the same floor were confirmed by staff when the booking was made, yet they were not available at check-in. "the room was very small. the bed is a foot away from 3 of the walls and maybe two feet worth of space from the 4th wall that happens to be the door to the bathroom. Room came without a fridge but says there is one in the reservation. Also the hotel is located within a restaurant. so you have to walk through the middle of a restaurant the people are eating to get to your room door. I tried to watch one of the VHS and the TV did not work. Also the parking they offer is blocks away from the hotel....

"The beds were comfortable and slept well. The breakfast for two -paid $40 at time of booking the hotel was actually $78 in value at hotel lobby restaurant Henderson - the server helped us navigate our orders so it won't go over $78 in grand total. I was thankful for that. BUT the quality of the food at that restaurant was really bad - I couldn't help but talking to the manager about it. Hope they improve the quality - there were so many tourists visiting from all over the world due to FIFA world...

"The room was filthy, dust everywhere and urine all over the toilet. After a transatlantic flight it’s not what you want! We were moved room but it too was dusty. I complained and they said they would arrange a refund of sorts. Not heard anything back at all.
The shower didn’t work - was a trickle and the air conn was crazy loud. I had dirty plates and cutlery (which weren’t mine) outside my room the 5 days I was the there. The staff were rude and unhelpful.
All this and it was $750 a night....

"Staff was unable to unlock door to our suite upon arrival and we had to wait in the hallway for 30 minutes before maintenance arrived. Then we were locked out again and were moved to another suite where the chain on door was broke. The property is old (chipped paint-worn furniture) and has small windows and dim lighting. It does not have a small boutique charm. Entire staff is foreign."
