"The hotel was very busy. Very slow to retrieve my car at Valet parking. Resort fee is $48.53 per day. That is high for what you get. PLUS. watch your bill. They sneak in a $1.99 per day gratuity for housekeeping charge. I only had the room serviced one day out of 4 night stay. The room was nice. The big pool was closed one day for maintenance. So, all the little kids and splashers were allowed in the adult pool."

"We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. The morning staff was amazing in the kitchen and the lobby probably because they were the regular staff. I let them know that I understand staff training and shortages but that stain...

"First of all the property is quite new and is conveniently located close to shopping stores, restaurants and a movie theater. If you want to drive to the Reno downtown area an 8-10 mins drive is not a hassle, also if you want to catch a flight the airport is also less than 10 mins drive. The rooms are new, well maintained, spacious and well supplied. Don't expect a buffet style breakfast but their breakfast is more than enough to keep you set for your morning activities."
