"My family stayed for 4 nights right at the summer solstice. The location is amazing, you're walking distance to just about everything in Reykjavik. Once we figured out how to park & pay via app, it was always easy to find a spot close to the hotel and not pay too much. The suite was plenty big for the 4 of us, the room was clean and cute, and the staff was always very friendly."

"The property was exactly as advertised and our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The location was great with it being easy to walk to any of the big tourists spots and there was parking. We reached out to the owners several times and they were amazing! The only item of not is the property is on a Main Street in a city across from a bus stop so there is some road noise but that is to be expected."

Not a lot of free food but I was able to find oil and salt so that was enough. You grt your own food locker in the kitchen and tons of fridge space. "The Swan House is in a good area for accessing everything in Reykjavik. The apartment and neighborhood were quiet and the host was so helpful with prompt responses to emails. Lots of pubs and good places to eat within a few blocks. Convenience stores were also fairly close."
