"CityHub Reykjavik is friendly, convenient, visually striking, and fun. We adapted to the "sleeping pod concept." The pod is very small; our two small bags and a backpack dominated the floor space. The rest of the pod is occupied by the bed platform, which forms the wall and ceiling of an interlocking lower pod. If you have a broken leg or arm, ask for a lower pod. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the staff-summoned taxi, which arrived within five minutes to take us to the BSI Bus Terminal....

"We recently returned from Iceland , stayed on our first 2 nights here in Fisherman’s Village , away from everything, quiet , views of the ocean , horses , plenty of parking - since we had a car it wasn’t an issue for dining . The lodging was quite comfortable, I was concern about the “ bunk “ bed but fine for 2 adults ( and a child if needed ) otherwise it’s enough space for a short stay . Bring shampoo , only shower gel no extra amenities but coffee pot , refrigerator was available. Really...

"Nice hotel fronting hugh lake, snow mountain. 24/7 reception. The front desk reception is helpful and friendly. Bus station is just behind the hotel. One of hotel stop pickup for daily bus tour which is so convenient. Very highspeed wifi. Occasionally heard some light reno construction noise. At night, is quiet and windy. Just feel safe. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my five night stay at Hotel Von and if and when I return to Reykjavik, I would most likely stay here again. The staff was excellent--from the front desk, to the restaurant staff (excellent food and service) and housekeeping.
