Fantastic customer service and a very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. A very enjoyable stay. The one downside was the stragely hard carpet in the room, but that didn’t detract.
Room was lovely and clean and modern. Staff were absolutely fantastic, the staff on the desk were accommodating and the breakfast staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety of good quality choices. The Hotel is situated in a super accessible area with a short walk to most places, an absolutely superb stay!
From start to finish we loved the Reykjavík Saga. The rooms were clean and beds were amazingly comfortable. We had a few needs but the manager and front desk attended to them all seamlessly (taxi, extra blanket, breakfast ). The hotel was very convenient to bus stop #1 city hall and easy walk to all sites. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel as well. A wonderful buffet with fresh delicious options. We will be back!!

Staff is very helpful! Rooms are very comfortable.
We loved this hotel. The location was perfect for shops and restaurants, and close to bus stop 3 for excursion pick ups.
The rooms were lovely with very comfortable beds and heated towel racks in the bathroom.
The breakfast had a large variety of both hot and cold food options. The food was also clearly labeled so we were able to identify the vegan options for my husband.
Staff were all very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
