"The problem with this property was that some of the units are subterranean with a view of a brick wall not much natural light. In addition, getting a parking space was like winning the lottery. Hold on you might win the lottery quicker than you could find one of the four parking spaces available."

"This hotel was in an amazing location. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and the breakfast spread was good, great for fuelling up in the morning with a nice selection of items from pastries to cereal & yogurts. The room was a bit frustrating as we booked a double bed and ended up with a twin room, and although they were pushed together, the gap between them meant my partner and I couldn’t sleep, cuddle etc. i would’ve preferred just a double bed as anticipated getting on our booking. The room also didn’t have enough outlets, or were in very inconvenient positions, and the safe in the room had no batteries so we couldn’t leave any belongings locked away. The room also had a bit of a smell, but can only anticipate that it was due to the sulphur caused by the hot water etc. Overall, great stay. Comfy beds, amazing location, and liked the setup of the place. Would stay here again. "

"Comfy and clean and hip! I love the privacy in the pod. Spacious. Could open up my whole suitcase on the floor and still have room! Dyson hair dryer was great!"

"Great hotel, rooms lovely, location great. Breakfast was awesome. Only downside is the temperature in the dining room, it was so uncomfortably hot each morning we kept having to open the door / step outside for some air"

"Location is very good for bus tour pickup and dropoff. Hotel is by Bus Stop 12. Restaurants and points of interest are within 3 km radius. Staff were very helpful and courteous"

"The front desk staff were amazingly helpful in confirming all my details re departure and how to find buses etc. they printed out passes for me and re assured me a lot! It is a sweet location downtown, i had more of a budget room but i would suggest paying for a middle priced room to be more comfortable. Iceland is wonderful!"
