"Helpful staff. They would go the extra step. Very clean hotel and great location. Cool bar and lobby. Loved the room decor and setup. Only small gripe was lowest volume on TV was too loud. I tried to go lower, but volume would go silent. Otherwise, a great stay and I would stay again! "

"The apartment was great and had everything we needed. There is a small private parking lot, but unfortunately our large van was a bit too big to fit. Plenty of street parking within a few blocks though. Staff were very responsive to messages."

"Location is excellent, close to all the great restaurants and can walk to the church in about 10 min. Very close to bus stop 1 and 3 for tours. Room was excellent and clean. There is a bakery around the corner to grab breakfast. "

"Best location. You can walk to great restaurants and shopping. Luggage storage was very convenient. Included breakfast was sufficient to get you through to lunch. Front office staff were very nice and helpful with our questions, directions, etc. I highly recommend this hotel"

"The hotel has a fabulous coffee shop in it. I had one of the best cups of cappuccino that i've ever had.
I liked the moody vibe to the hotel rooms. And was able to get a good night's sleep.
Everyone I spoke to at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful."
"We stayed just one night at 101 Local since our tour started the next day. This is an excellent small hotel ideally situated for walking to downtown dining and harbor. The room we booked was very small but we did choose the cheapest option. Clean and functional with a popular dining and bar area. If staying for more nights, ensure your room size meets your needs. "

"Gorgeous, quirky foyer. Super helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful room. But beware this is the center of town and it can get lively at night. But you shouldn’t be here to sleep, get out there amongst it. Having said that, the street outside the hotel is nowhere near as loud as other reviews have mentioned (we were at the back of the property though). This is the place to be if you want bars, dining and convenience. Loved our stay here."
