Dealing with the lost and found on Japan rail possible without the help of the staff. After attempting to get our phone back from day, one the only way this was facilitated was helpful communication from the staff of the hotel to the Rail company. "My friend and I were visiting from Canada and I would say this was probably my favourite hotel stay out of our entire trip. Our hotel was in a quiet area, yet really close to a lot of food places, a 7/11 (which is a travel essential) and multiple train lines. The staff was very accommodating and kind, and I always felt like I was in good hands. We also had breakfast included in our stay and the spread was always varied and delicious. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Perfect location for our family. It’s not a heavy tourist area so walking the streets felt calm. Located close to train stations. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and had many comforts of home. The staff were wonderful as well. Highly recommend!"

"This is such a convenient hotel to stay at since it is right next to Tokyo Station. You are able to take a train straight to Narita Airport. The hotel is a bit pricy but because it’s a fancy hotel with great staff who go out of their way. The rooms themselves are also great and the view on either side is also wonderful. If you are on the garden view side, the only negative thing I can think of is that you will hear the train but it’s nothing you can’t ignore since it’s not too loud. I haven’t...

"The staff were amazing. The hotel had a safe and thick pillows. A few other hotels I stayed in did not have this amenity. Less than a 10 minute walk to Kanda Station and 1 stop from Tokyo Station. My favourite hotel!"
