"This was a conveniently located hotel near 2 train stations that made it easy to get to any of the cities around the imperial palace within half an hour. The breakfast buffet was decent, though not as good as some of our other hotel stays. It’s the main reason I’m not giving a 5-star review. Otherwise the place was a solid hotel and comfortable for a family of 4. "

"Convenient location right above Tokyo Station, with sheltered access from station to the hotel. Room is rather small but comfortable for one person; room is clean and staff are professional and friendly, who are able to converse well in English.
