Found bed bugs, floor was sticky, hair on the bathroom floor, tub was filthy, bed linen stained, rust on the small fridge, urine on the bathroom floor and toilet seat, mildew smell, carpet not vacuumed, etc. Cleaning staff walked into our room after one knock. We moved rooms a total of three times, we found each room disgusting and inhabitable."

"Great property in prime location. The pool was nice but by mid day had booming DJ playing-not very relaxing. Also seats at pool are limited and always trying to get you to pay for "reserved' seats. Ran out of umbrellas on the beach with no clouds in sight. Property was very nice. Had to ask for housekeeping to clean our room. Will probably look elsewhere next time."

"Power was out. Not hotel responsibility, but it appear that it is a regular issue that has not been dealt with. I watch utility repair one of the fuses to transformer that the ceramic insulator was black from burn. Was told there was a second fuse blown, but by next morning, still no power. Our party had one room no power or ac. I had ac but no bathroom, tv, or refrigerator power. The refrigerator defrosted and had water on the floor throughout the evening and early morning. Asked for a checkout one hour late because of the issues, and was told OK, but not morning we received door knocking from maid, then manager. Not sure where the disconnect happened. "
