The hotel is located in a very central area with just a short walk to many of the places we wanted to visit, which made exploring Brussels extremely convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout our visit. Lots of stairs up to the first floor where the elevator was located but the most helpful staff carried my heavy bag both up and down with a smile.
