"We arrived before our designated check in time due to a very early flight, expecting just to drop our bags, but the reception staff were able to check us in early as our rooms were already ready. Generally they were very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the hotel was convenient for our visit to the city."

"Nice hotel near Central station. Clean room which seems to be recently remodelled. As most downtown hotels may do, no view from room other than close buildings, but enjoyed view to inner sectors. Friendly staffs. Small, but good breakfast with espresso, yogurt, juice, fruits, cheese, bread and danish. Bar staff was very kind, in particular. I had to present at an international online meeting to Japan, and had no issues at all with the wifi. Very efficient."

Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect. The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. "Booked the Family XL room for me and my 2 x teenage daughters, probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in any hotel! Large spacious rooms, only gripe was the AC wasn’t enough to cool the room, called reception and they sent up not 1 but 2 x Fans which helped a lot. Helpful staff, No English channels on the large TV!! We didn’t really eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t comment. Location is ok and approx. 10 walk from most shops and restaurants."
