"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. A few minutes walk from the Grande Place but in a lovely suburb with cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was well laid out and very quiet. The staff were extremely helpful. We didn’t have any meals in the restaurant simply because we didn’t want to have a big breakfast but it looked delicious. Just a word of warning if you are getting a taxi to the hotel, make sure you get the right NH Collection hotel. We started heading to the wrong hotel."

"My stay was great but couldn’t give 5 stars for 2 reasons. First, the temp throughout the hotel was really warm. I generally prefer warmer temps but this was too warm, especially for June. Second I was charged a lot for my room and I learned from non-US colleagues they had rooms for far less. I’m not sure if they change the price if you book from a US VPN?"

"The room has no Air conditioning! The windows were open prior to our arrival the week where the temperatures were in the high 90 degrees F / 32 +C. The hotel had renovations going on. The restroom in the lobby was were workers were going in and out. It did not feel safe to use the restroom with all that activity. The bedroom was huge and bright but no ceiling fans. We were given small desktop fans with no place to keep it. We had to keep it on our suitcase and a chair. The floor was full of...

"AC was not working properly even though I informed them multiple times. No staff to serve at the bar during my whole stay. I checked out one day earlier than my planned stay and they refused to refund the remaining day but I checked out anyway and moved to a nearby hotel."

"The stay was pleasant except the smell in the public area. It was nice to be able to open the windows in the room, but some kind of odor in the shower and the hole way bothered us."
