The hotel is located in a very central area with just a short walk to many of the places we wanted to visit, which made exploring Brussels extremely convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout our visit. We were especially appreciative that they were able to provide a crib for our 1-year-old during our stay, which made traveling with a baby...

Lots of stairs up to the first floor where the elevator was located but the most helpful staff carried my heavy bag both up and down with a smile.
