I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay here. We have traveled extensively as a family, and this was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely taken care of.
What really sets this place apart is the incredible staff. They didn't just do their jobs, they truly went out of their way to be kind and welcoming:
Isla at breakfast was an absolute ray of sunshine. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, starting every morning on such a positive note.
The Concierge (the charming older gentleman) was fantastic. He was so helpful and genuinely nice, it shows how much he loves his job.
A massive, heartfelt thank you to Sophie. We were celebrating my son's birthday during our trip, and she made it a point to make the occasion extra special for him.
Beyond the service, the facilities were impeccable. Our room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed. It is rare to find a hotel room that truly has everything you could possibly need, but they nailed it here. It was comfortable, clean, and huge, perfect for a family.
The breakfast was also a highlight, featuring fresh options that we looked forward to every day.
