"In the French Quarter close to Bourbon Street. Breakfast available in the attached cafe but not lunch or dinner. The hotel is fine for a few days, staff are friendly. "

"The staff was very friendly, the hotel was beautiful and clean..it’s near a lot of food and shopping we walked almost everywhere but when we did use the valet they were very friendly and even helped load the car..the pictures don’t do this place justice it’s amazing "

"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "

"Great stay! Welcoming staff. Beautiful, big and clean rooms! We got upgraded to a river view on the 27th floor. Great AC!!! (NOLA weather in June is no joke) Yeah there is a resort/destination fee but from this they give you half of it as a daily credit to use at the observation bar. Great view of the river on the 11th floor. Bar has attentive staff and good food and drinks. Always stay here in NOLA!"
