"I stayed here for 2 nights. High expectations due to rating of 9,8 and price of 750Euro for 2 nights In that respect, It was a disappointment. It’s a nice hotel, central, okish. Staff very helpful and friendly….but few When I arrived , I thought it was a mistake. Its among many hostels, and outside/entrance reminded me of a boutique small hotel/hostel.. I stayed in Lyall Melbourne. That was a true 5 star boutique hotel in a very nice area. Ok, prices differ between Sydney and Melbourne, but...

"We let them know our flight landed at 9am and they had our room ready when we arrived. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The amenities were great. The location was walking distance to everything, including all area transportation options, including the cruise port. Breakfast was an amazing assortment and delicious. We will definitely stay again if we travel to Sydney again. "

"Another very nice stay at the Langham. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner of Sydney, but within walking distance of some famous landmarks (Sydney Harbour Bridge and Circular Quay) and the restaurants of the Rocks neighbourhood. The room was very clean, spacious and had touches of luxury. The view from the window was lovely too. Breakfast was delicious. Top marks!"

All the amenities are high quality and thoughtful, very happy and helpful staff, and easy access to everything Sydney. Would recommend this place for a quick getaway or romantic stay. "Stayed 1 night for my bday. Did not look like online pics eg worn and dated. No free water bottles. Body wash bottle was not refilled and had to call for a refill. Floors cracked and even though said soundproofed could hear people in other rooms. I will not stay here again."

"Unfortunately we had to ask for a new room as the club across the road could be very clearly heard and I. The new room we were met with an old toe nail clipping …. Usually flawless we were left wishing we had booked somewhere else. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean "
