"The highlight of our trip was the staff! The staff was so friendly and understanding. My wife has GI issues and one night she had an accident and it’s never easy telling horns she had an accident but the night manager was very sympathetic to the situation and was reassuring me that it wasn’t a problem, “you can’t control what you can’t control.” So huge shout out to Quentin for showing us some compassion and being so sympathetic to the situation. Also, huge shout out to Carla at the Cafe…Great...

"Excelente lugar, recomendado !!"

"First time staying at a CitizenM. Hotel was very nice and the 24 bar/food was convenient. Close to the Grand Central Market which has a lot of good restaurant choices. Convenient access to the theaters on Broadway. A bit sketchy nearby at night but hotel was safe. Main criticism of the hotel is the tiny bedrooms but was clean and worked out fine.. All staff eere very friendly."

"This is a great property . Things I loved was really warm staff and nice happy vibe of friendly travellers and staff in foyer. I loved the uber trips and bikes included in tariff. I was dropping my daughter to start UCLA and position was perfect . Things I didn’t like was that hotel took money each day as deposit in case I used the restaurants etc . "The free parking was an incredible amenity. The spots are a bit small but better than nothing. The room was incredibly clean, smelled like bleach and cleaner when we walked in which was a very pleasant surprise. The shower has really good water pressure too! Very comfortable to stay for one night, the hallways and neighbors can be a bit noisy especially because the doors don’t have a piston to close slowly but not too bad. My only wish is that the doors had another deadbolt instead of the handle...

"A good hotel. I will be staying there again in the future. Price for stay is very fare. The rating of the hotel was accurate. Parking a bit small as far as availability. Especially if you arrival later in the evening. Linens for the bathroom were well stocked. However the bed had recent evidence of something being spilled on it. "We had a great stay at The Garland. Super convenient if you plan to go to Universal Studios. The hotel shuttle was always on-time with friendly staff. The pool, bar and food were all great. We would definitely stay here again. "
