"We had a wonderful stay at the Lakes. It’s such a beautiful setting with so many activities on offer including a spa. We ate in the restaurant and it really is an experience- the food and service were outstanding. Bedrooms are beautiful - decor and furnishings. Guest services were very helpful both prior to arrival and on the day. We we definitely be back! "

"Amazing hotel and just what we were looking for! We were celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary and wanted a peaceful retreat and we got just that! The service was perfect, we had dinner at Napiers, breakfast, utilised the bar area, swimming pool, room service amongst speaking with reception and all friendly and attentive. The grounds are simply stunning also. We had a room with a balcony and i can definitely recommend one of these. Cant wait to come back again!"

"Gorgeous place. Great location. It is on the main road and you can hear traffic but it didn't bother us at all. The room set up was perfect for what we needed. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable! The service was perfect, everyone was really friendly and an early check in was accommodated when we asked for it which we appreciated very much. Breakfast was great too, in a cute conservatory with lots of choice and freshly made to order. We ate in the...
