"Having stopped at the Holborn Hoxton many times, we have this one a go when visiting nearby for a party. The rooms were nice - nicer than the Holborn hotel, with higher ceilings making them feel roomier. Decor is great throughout the hotel and staff were friendly. Only major downfall is the breakfast - the full English is missing many components, and those there were pretty lacklustre, apart from the bacon. Service was confused, brining me 2 coffees, neither of which seemed to be a flat white...

"I loved the location! Very close to the river and the London Bridge. You could see the Shard and the city Beautiful at night! Borough Market was a few blocks away. Lots of restaurants nearby. The kitchen was compact and great and the washer and dryer combo was wonderful!"

"Location, Location, Location! Just perfect. Fantastic links for the underground, overground, walking, Borough Market, The Shard, Theatres and Sky Garden. I will defiantly stay here again, and recommend to family and friends."

"Lovely stay at the Ibis Southwark. A warm welcome on arrival and we were able to get an early check in which was much appreciated. Room was spotlessly clean, tea and coffee provided in room as were bathroom toiletries. Ideally situated near the South Bank and Borough Market. Continental breakfast was varied and plentiful, the fresh pastries were delicious, We loved the quirky decor which added real character to the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful, We haven’t stayed here before...

"First off the reception staff were exceptionally polite and courteous. Our room was as we'd expected and suited our needs. There was only one hiccup though that the washing machine developed a fault which then took out the cold water supply, but these things happen. We'd definitely stay again, thank you."

"Great hotel, very well appointed, staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great. Rooms were surprisingly large for London, especially with the Marriot Bonvoy upgrades if you have a level that entitles you to an upgrade. Really enjoyed our stay!"
