"This hotel is a great find. Location is close to lots of places you want to be. The decor is avant- garde, some might say quirky but it works. The staff is very helpful especially Roman and Emmiy. The pics posted are accurate. Rooms are clean , we had a balcony so we sat out there ( though a bit chilly). There are many restaurants and bars in the area. It’s close to Waterloo station and the area is very artsy. This was our first staying in that area of London and we enjoyed it. "

Across the street is M&S Simply Food (convenience store), lots of coffee and food options, and easy access to public transportation. Accommodation was clean, friendly staff, easy check-in and out. "Although on pictures the room looked immaculate, in person this was not the case. The shower floor was dirty, the towels smelt really bad. The room didn’t feel clean, bed was really uncomfortable and woke up with white fluff all over my socks and pj’s. There was no running hot water in the bathroom and although I WhatsApped the team, they said maintenance would come the next day, by then I was checking out! Room was absolutely noisy, dont know what was beeping and making noise but I would not...

"We found this location to be in a good position. We used the Hop on Hop off bus a lot as there was a stop (23) just up the road. Enjoyed our stay"

"We had a brilliant stay here for a weekend away. The breakfast was lovely and there was a large selection of breakfast buffet items alongside a cooked breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was and added bonus to have water, milk and coffee avaliable in the room free of charge. The hotel is in a good location for sightseeing and exploring london. Would 100% stay here again. "
