Check in was great quick and easy.
Although I was specific to have the quadruple room (2 single and a double bed) rather than a double and sofa bed. Even though it’s an “upgrade” it’s not convenient hence specifically asked to ensure we had the quadruple - 2 single and double.
The room walls and doors are ultra thin. During the day we hear scream kids. During the night and right into the early hours of our first night were loud guests talking, moving furniture and banging on doors. Literally as if they were talking outside our room. Then to waking to screaming children in the early hours.
Breakfast booked, with prior reservations it’s cheaper than deciding or booking on the day.
The room is spacious and clean. However it’s very warm to hot even. The thermostat just doesn’t work so we had to have the window open all night which again not ideal during the winter months.
There is no tea coffee kettle available in rooms however I believe you can request it.
There is a mini bar which we didn’t use but did place our own product in and safe is available in room
Shower toilet room was clean but for size of the room was small.
Unfortunately lost stars due to no temperature control and the absolute unbearable noise.
