It was crazy expensive for a very tiny, narrow room. The terrible concierge introduced the worst and most notorious foreign currency exchange. Conversely, Four Seasons did not charge a commission fee for their currency exchange and strongly advised tourists to refrain from using foreign currency exchanges in the city.

at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
