This is a very well run hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The turn-down service of the room was excellent. I was impressed that the mini bar was not overpriced compared to other hotels. A short walk to Central station Milan and the area is very safe and quiet.

First hotel we have come across from years of travelling that charge an additional fee for a second person in double/king room. Even when using existing bed. I had to pay an additional 20 euros for my husband to stay in my room. The additional fee varies depending on room type. You can find out the fee by comparing room cost for 1 traveller versus cost for 2 travellers.

This hotel is ‘what it says on the tin’. Great location. Not based in city centre, however, a hop and skip for the tube which is on the main line to the centre without any changes. Staff were ever so pleasant and helpful. Not a wow property or anything but simply did what it needed for a weekend away. A pleasant and functional hotel. I would stay at this hotel again.

The pool, the food and location were great!! One thing is that we arrived at 11am to the hotel and waited until 2:50pm to get our room. Great locations, walking distance to Milan central and there’s a train station stop right next to the hotel that’s 4 stops from the Duomo.
