"I had a great stay at this hotel. The pool was very clean, and I really appreciated the drinking water dispensers throughout the property. It was nice to see the hotel encouraging guests to reuse water bottles and reduce plastic waste, both for the environment and to avoid microplastics from bottled water. "I liked the location. The property and the beach were great. There was one particular front desk staff member who checked us in who was not clear on some important details regarding the resort fee and use of a 75 dollar credit that came with our room. The same agent also was unhelpful when it came to having our room cleaned. There were more amenities that we could have used at the resort but the same front desk staff member did not explain anything about that either. It really was the one staff...

"Property is an old building in need of updates. The beach isn't great for swimming and while we were there the pool was closed for repairs. The location is also not great, and isn't close to dining options. It was ok for 1-2 nights but I wouldn't stay here for an entire vacation."
