"Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5 Stars) If you are looking for an adults-only resort with exceptional service, outstanding food, beautiful pools, comfortable accommodations, and hardworking staff who genuinely care about their guests, I highly recommend Excellence Riviera Cancun. The only reason I am giving 4.5 stars instead of 5 stars is because the Caribbean beach experience did not meet my expectations during my stay due to the sargassum conditions. Otherwise, this resort delivered an excellent vacation experience that I will always remember. Special shout out Steffanie (Lobster Rest) , Edin (Coffee shop) Maria (Lobster Rest.), and the entire Excellence Riviera Cancun team for making my stay so enjoyable and relaxing! ☕🦞🌴💖✨"

"The hotel is beautiful. From the day we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and very well taken care of. The staff was extremely attentive and always willing to provide us with helpful information. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options. The pools were clean, and the entire hotel was very well maintained. The location was also great for the variety of activities we enjoyed with my wife. It was my wife’s first time staying at an all-inclusive resort, and she was absolutely amazed by the hotel and the level of service. We definitely recommend this resort! We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the hotel truly made our experience special and unforgettable. Thank you so much, RIU, for making our anniversary celebration so wonderful!"

"When we first arrived, I wasn't too impressed with the size or location of the property. Were use to larger, more name brand hotels. But we quickly realized that the size made a difference when it came to quality. The food was excellent, I would've liked a bit more variety but it was still great. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the bartenders. The restaurant staff always remembered where we liked to sit and what our drink orders were. The only complaint I would have is the washrooms are very dated and old fashioned. The shower drain needed cleaned out from all the hair in the drain. Yu could smell it. But the room itself was perfect. Loved it. The location was perfect if you like being around the local entertainment and shops. We walked for hours and felt completely safe. There isn't much of a beach for the property, but we took a short 2 min walk and the beach was beautiful and you could see all the way over to Cozumel. The sargassum was bad on day 2 but completely cleared on day 5."

"We thought the property was great. Food was good and plenty of selections. Pools were good some only had ladder access and that was a negative. Needs more elevators as there are only a few. Rooms were nice but marble floors throughout was a negative especially in the shower it was to slick and had to put a towel down to shower. Shows were just okay."

Dreams Natura Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

"This is my second time staying here and I just love it. The staff is very friendly, they keep it clean at all times. The pools are warm and inviting. This time I went, the ocean wasn't very nice to swim in due to the sea weed but the resort activities made up for it. The only thing I don't like is everything is on an app/online to make reservations or go to the spa and 90% of the time I had poor service to even pull it up. Other than that its wonderful and we will go back."
