"The room was clean and we were able to check in a bit early. The location was perfect and close to shopping and dining. The only issue was the no sidewalk to get there. Just be extra careful because you are sharing the road with vehicles. Everyone was accommodating and helpful which was well received. There is only 1 elevator for 5 floors so keep that in mind. I would come back here and stay. We loved SALT and dined here for lunch and breakfast."

"The only thing which was good here was the front office who were nice and smiling and the kids zone where you can leave your kids rest all Other staff whether it is Restaurant, pool bar , beach front buffet all of the staff was unpleasant, rude and disrespectful. The kids pool was smelling so bad . Even the taxi drivers outside omg so attitude . Buffet - food option were okay . "Le petit déjeuner n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Il manquait de goût et de diversité. Le café était très mauvais et les jus ne sont pas frais mais en paquet. On nous a mis dans une chambre au fin fond de l’hôtel mais la chambre était spacieuse. Par contre une douche avec des moisissures n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Les tasses de café dans la chambre n’étaient quasiment jamais lavées, j’ai dû intervenir à la réception pour avoir des tasses lavées. Attention la plage a beaucoup se sargasses....

"This place did not disappoint! We stayed in the jr renovated suite and it was quick walkway to the beach. The beach was gorgeous and next to a few beach clubs. The restaurant had amazing food and great happy hour options. Pool, towels and bikes to used and now far from the main road to get any items. Think the offer airport shuttle but we didn’t use it. "We had such a wonderful stay that I just had to leave a review. The location is perfect—within walking distance of shops, restaurants, entertainment, and Maho Beach. The accommodation was spotless and featured a fully equipped kitchen, which is great if you prefer to cook. While it is very close to the runway, we absolutely loved it; watching the planes land is a spectacular sight! The flights stop around 7 PM, making the evenings very peaceful, so there's no need to worry about your sleep...
