"Clean room, well stocked kitchen. Wonderful staff. The resort is a bit outdated, but a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for quiet and relaxation. The beach is not very big, but nice. Only con is lack of hot water in the shower. "

"The hotel itself is in great condition and looks well maintained, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the service is on the level of a hostel rather than a proper hotel. The staff give the impression that they’re doing you a favor instead of simply doing their job, which makes interactions frustrating. Room service is practically nonexistent. Our room was cleaned, but no fresh shampoo or shower gel was provided. After calling four times with no result, I had to go and pick it up myself. I also asked to speak with a manager and am still waiting for a callback — which honestly says everything about how things are handled here. Overall, the service is brutally bad and completely undermines what could have been a good stay."
