"Our stay at the resort was wonderful we had an amazing time. The only bad thing I can actually say is that when we checked in our room it’s wasn’t cleaned properly there were hair and glitter all over from the shower to the toilet around the bed. I felt the it should’ve been cleaned a little more. The food was actually good!!! overall we had an amazing time with my son. "

"PARKING WAS EASY FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN LOVELY VIEWS. ONLY ISSUE WE EXPERIENCED WAS THE ELEVATOR WAS NON FUNCTIONAL ONE NIGHT AND KEYS FOR STAIRCASE TOOK A WHILE TO BE LOCATED IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY THIS MAY HAVE RESULTED IN SERIOUS PROBLEMS"

"Clean place. Overpriced though. My friend spilled a drink staff didn’t care and was unwilling to replace the drink. Attitude was like it’s not my problem. If you stay here eat outside the resort. It’s more affordable and the food is better."

"My kids and I enjoyed our stay! We got a 1BR Deluxe Suite and our view from the balcony was beautiful! Convenient location, within walking distance (for active people) of various beaches, restaurants and activities such as Captains Rib Shack, Skip Jacks, and Lotus Night club. Shuttle service to/from the main strip and around the resort was prompt, with the exception of one time our entire stay. The room decor is a little dated, but our room was clean upon arrival. Although I declined housekeeping for the length of our stay, they were present on our floor daily. The breakfast included was decent. Staff from front desk to shuttle drivers and servers were all polite and accommodating. My kids want to give a shoutout to Mr. Mac on the shuttle! Pools were well maintained and swim up bar was a nice touch. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Sail Hotel. It was the perfect, quaint little spot that made our trip feel even more special. The staff was truly incredible, so warm, welcoming, and attentive the entire time. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests, and it made such a difference in our overall experience. The service really stood out. The location is unbeatable. It’s in one of the best areas of the island, tucked into such a charming and beautiful setting, with so many wonderful spots within walking distance. We loved being able to explore easily while still feeling like we were in a peaceful little escape. Everything about this place just felt thoughtful and charming. Between the atmosphere, the amazing staff, and the perfect location, it exceeded all of our expectations. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the island!"

"This property is located in an excellent area. You have to stay in the adults section where the liquor is premium and the restaurants are better quality, especially Azul. I would stay there again."
