" Very clean room right on the beach. My 4th visit. Room was kept clean. Pool not so clean. Staff this time around not friendly at all . They changed the rules on how beach towels are handed out and it wasn’t explained to us until our last night by the only friendly staff member there . Was really disappointed in unfriendly staff we had never run into that issue before . Groceries near by and most places in walking distance . Really bad traffic on the strip at all times . "

"There was confusion the first 5 days of my two week stay with getting our room cleaned. They kept saying at the desk it was booked privately and didn’t clean our room. Finally Kimara at the Front Desk actually took the time to resolve the issue. The unit we were placed in used to be occupied by a long term tenant so they didn’t have it updated on the system. After that smooth sailing. Some rude tenants that live there like to think they own specific chairs by the pool. Have rebooked for next year so obviously I didn’t let that interfere with my vacation. Hats off to Marcia! She was awesome in assisting us with things. "
