The room was bright and clean, the bathroom was ok except for the toilet which didn’t flush properly , the balcony was awesome with a great view , we did have a ceiling leak after a heavy night of rain but it was near the balcony door so it didn’t bother us. This resort is in an excellent location. Close to many restaurants. Only 10 minutes walk to Mullet Beach. The resort itself is quite dated and could be cleaner. This was my second time there. Because of the great location we will be returning there.

We stayed for 5 weeks and really enjoyed the area The hotel was a little dated but was very clean , the staff were all great Marsha was helpful in pointing out great restaurants and local establishments Ramona and Veronic and Josephine worked very hard in the bar restaurant area the pool was well taken care of. Our balcony views were of the beautiful water.

I got the deluxe suit with the ocean view and the room was beautiful with a perfect view of the ocean and a nice kitchen set with everything you needs. The staff were absolutely so kind and helpful, the bar had 2 different happy hours throughout the day. The pool was big enough for many people and the view was just breathtaking. They have a supermarket up the block from the resort and many different places to eat 3 blocks away. So many actives to do. We stayed at the resort for 8 days and everyday there was something to do, everyone we met as staff was giving so much good vibes. The best part too is you don’t even need to leave the resort because they have a personal supermarket downstairs from the lobby, gym and spa with a salon. I would definitely recommend that place to family members and friends.

This hotel has seen better days, but like most structures in Saint Martin it took a bearing during hurricane Irma. The room was very pleasant, large, with a completely functional kitchenette and a beautiful balcony view if the ocean and sunsets. I really wanted a simple place to stay, and it was located a convenient walk to a gym, Porto Cupecoy, groceries and restaurants. I didn't want to rant a car so the location was very good for me.

Stay away, the room had a moldy smell I was sick for the first 3 day of my stay ( difficulty breathing)until they brought a fan to assist with the odors. The furnitures were very old and funky. Beautiful view from the balcony. Lay out decent but the place need a complete rehab.
