Room is spacious. Staffs are great. They are very polite, respectful and courteous. Room were kept clean and tidy everyday. Easy access to the mall, stores and restaurants. It would have been a 5* if only... 1) the coffee table is a little bigger, 2) a full-body mirror installed, 3) a flat iron is available at check in. I will definitely stay again on my next visit and I will recommend my family and friends to them. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Spacious room for my unit (15E) and great view of Venice canal from my balcony. It has a small kitchen, dinette with 2 seating, and a good washroom with toiletries provided. Check-in was slow and painful, but overall it's a pleasant stay.

Great location near the most beautiful Venice mall. I love the view from my balcony overlooking the gondola waterway below. Sunrise view is nice. The air cond is modern, quiet and efficient . King Bed is very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants after the mall opens at 10am. I also appreciate that I was able to arrange for a late check in on new years eve after midnight! This is a relief after 18 hours of international flight. I am grateful to the staff.

I highly recommend the Luxe residences. I had a lovely room on a very high floor, room was extremely clean and beautiful. Outstanding customer service, Jennifer and Jobert were very helpful and attentive, 24/7 on standby to assist for everything. They were both so amazing and their communication was on point!! I highly appreciate their customer care and everything was perfect. The pool was cold but it was nice to sit there and enjoy the ambiance. Location was extremely convenient with direct access to the mall, grand canal shoppes, restaurants and a variety of amenities. Conveniently located in a nice and safe area. Loved it and would definitely stay here again. I would love to come back here and extend the invitation to family and friends. This place will not disappoint. Thank you Jennifer for all your help! This wonderful experience at the Luxe made Manila very memorable for me. I look forward to returning here.

Excellent room with view. Right next to Venice shopping center, which is beautiful, upscale, with shops, restaurants, and gondola rides. This area does not exhibit the poor life conditions prevalent in this country. We were so comfortable here that we did not even go downtown during our 2-day stay.
