Cari Motel di Makkah

"ممتاز"

"Good hotel, decent location and value for money. Rooms are quite worn out, missing shower doors (so water goes everywhere) and a bit dirty in certain areas. Most staff were friendly and helpful. They could've given more amenities in the room (such as: hotel slippers, toothbrushes, travel toothpaste etc). They used to give these extra items. Lifts can get quite busy as well."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel five times now, and each time, it feels like a second home. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The lobby is beautiful and spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating. The hotel is also exceptionally clean. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had, and the in-room dining is great as well. Overall, I always enjoy my stay here and look forward to coming back."

"Everyone was excellent"

"Beautiful hotel and room however slight issue was the smell coming from the drain in rhe bathroom. Otherwise excellent including breakfast and free shuttle to haramain train station."

"Pas mal pour le prix"

"Good but Room is not that maintained & Room service is slow."

"The shower drainage did not work since the day we go there. Water fills up the bathroom every time I take shower. Sink water was not working had to use shower room water to brush my teeth and wash my face. Pillow case has not been replace because there was stain on the pillow case I was sleeping on. The air conditioner was loud and it has some kind of sequence every time it turns on and off without anyone touching. Over roll I give 3/10 experience."

"Great place i will do business with them again. Very helpful staff."
