The bed mattress, pillow and all room facilities was exclusive. Hotel staff was very welcoming and speak very polite. Car Parking at the hotel basement was very clean. Since...

"They had very bad service and the room was very small. The beds were also very small and one person even fell of it while they were sleeping."

"Wonderful hotel Mohammed Al Sharif at the Reception was very friendly , helpful and professional."

"Extended my stay via a separate booking and it took 3 separate reminders at front desk to retain the original room booked. Even then, on the day of extension, front desk claimed my room wasn't in the system despite it being paid for. Sheer laziness on his part, his colleague had to intervene to sort it out. Poor service overall this time round in an otherwise outstanding premises. "

"Brilliant all rounder"
