Our stay at Elaf Qinwan Hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were very nice, welcoming, and extremely helpful, which made us feel comfortable from the beginning.
The hotel is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Our room was comfortable, and the room service was excellent. The food was amazing and well prepared. There are shops on the ground level for quick needs, a mosque inside the building, a gym, and many elevators that made going up and down easy, even from the 12th floor where we stayed.
The hotel is not within walking distance to the Haram, but the hourly shuttle service was reliable and very convenient. The internet was not very fast, likely because of the higher floor, but it worked fine for basic use.
The rates were very reasonable for the quality and service provided. Overall, everything was excellent, and I would confidently rate it 10/10. I will definitely stay here again.
