"The front desk and cleaning staff were all incredibly warm and friendly. The room was clean, if not flawless (some damage to the tub in one section and weird brown patches on bathroom door (interior and exterior), and I felt very comfortable staying there. The bed was comfortable, the pillows actually amazing (need them for my house!), and the breakfast, while basic, did include a microwavable breakfast sandwich which my son and I loved. "Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice."

"Easy check in. Gave us the wrong room initially but corrected it when we walked back in with our bags. Room was clean but had odd smell. Bed was hard and only had 2 pillows on each bed. Quiet setting but sounded like an elephant above us in early the next morning and woke up my friend. Key card entry into building didn’t seem to work and was just unlocked all the time. "
