"Where do I start? The maintenance crew would be where to start. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the sink faucet was very loose and moving around, the toilet was running, but my husband fixed that. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles provided. "

"1. Room 103, had nor room darkening shades. Did not discover this until going to bed which was late. Reported to staff in morning. 2. East Parking lot security accessed side door would not close and therefore provided no protection for the guests and staff. Reported to front desk, they dais they were trying to get it repaired."

"Very clean and beautiful hotel. The rooms are elegant with cozy furniture and bedding and great views! I had a golf view room, and enjoyed visiting the courtyard and sitting by the lake. Would highly recommend staying here; it’s safe and friendly for solo travelers and in a great location near the freeway and lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. My only gripe was that the hotel tried to charge me for market items (snacks + a bottle of wine) when I hadn’t ordered any. "The hotel is easy to locate and has plenty of lit parking. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. Our 2 queen room "suite" was great. It had a separate couch area to stretch out on which could have been made into a trundle bed. The regular beds were very comfortable. For my taste the bedroom area was a little bit dim on lighting but if you left the large bathroom door open with the light on it was fine. There is a small desk by couch that's well lit. "The staff were all excellent. From the door greeter to the check in staff and the parking monitor. The room was nice and it was the perfect walking distance to our concert venue. We would stay again."

"Staff were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and didn’t have the typical icky hotel smell. There had been a lot of rain recently so it would have been beneficial to have a rug when you walk into the room to keep the floor dry and from getting dirty. A towel by the shower door would have been helpful too. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Overall, for the price, I’d stay there again. "
