"The night clerk could not locate our reservation and even after reading a copy of the confirmation, he just shook his head. He then offered us a room, but took my credit card and ran it several times before handing us a key. He met us at our room and opened the door to it. The TV was already on, but all snowy, no picture. Never did get a picture on it. The bathroom was a mess and the tub/shower was something we didn't even want to be near. The bathroom floor looked as if it had never been...
