"Staff were very helpful and were always positive. The location can't be beat if you're there to see Broadway - exit the door and go 10 steps down the road and you're standing in Times Square. Downside was the hotel could use an update. It was a pricey booking and I was expecting better considering there are other options in the area where we've stayed in the past."

"We are pretty sure we booked a room with a view of Times Square but our booking email and app don’t have any mention of this. Wasn’t a great first time experience to NY to be looking at a brick wall through our window. Not sure if there were bed bugs but one of our beds was pretty bad and caused a lot of itching and scratching for whoever slept in it "

"It’s a good, budget friendly hotel. But the rooms are quite small. Even though we paid for a king sized room where the bed should fit 3 people, with the lack of space on the room I would not recommend it for more than 2! Staff were very polite and appreciated the free biscuits in reception and the cold water."

Le seul bémol avons réservé 1 chambre avec 2 lits queens et chambre plutôt petite avec très peu de rangement uniquement quelques cintres dans un placard. Nous sommes servis du bureau pour mettre nos vêtements. Salle de bain très agréable et très propre. Les lits vraiment très confortables. Établissement très agréable. Les bagages sont gardés gratuitement...
