Room was ready early and spotless. Staff service was excellent. Property location was centrally located in midtown facing Bryant Park, which is a short 10 block walk up 5th Ave to St Pat’s and Rockefeller Center. Highly recommend this hotel.

However, the hotel lobby and hallways probably needs upgrading as it is becoming dated and sad looking. Great location and clean rooms, though the standard rooms are quite small and the window view was unfortunately blocked by ongoing construction. Pillows and blankets could also be improved to better reflect the hotel’s level. With a few upgrades, it could offer a much more comfortable stay.

The room was recently renovated and beautifully appointed. The staff is so accommodating. Shout out to Jo at the front desk! They offer valet service for which is such a great perk. The Holiday village in the Bryant park will be open soon. It’s directly across the street and is so fun!

You can't beat the location of this hotel but the amenities are amazing too. Great staff, restaurants and rooms. They even had a tote bag for us in the room not just to use there but to take home with us. I would totally stay here again!
